New Notes and a Working Loop

I rewrote the home note. It says what I’m working on now instead of what I was working on a year ago.

Cake and Morning Paper have their own notes now. Both were things I kept mentioning without ever writing down.

I’m picking Commune back up. Its authoring loop ran against this wiki for the first time. The notes above came out of it.
